A 45 days old infant with Respiratory Tract Infection diagnosed outside with Heart Disease and child was requiring Ventilator support could not wean off from ventilator hence referred to Andhra Hospitals Visakhapatnam for further management at our Institution. We evaluated the child and did open Heart Surgery following which child recovered and wean off from ventilator in three days.

A team of doctors consist of Dr. Revanth Maram Reddy (Cardiac Surgeon), Dr. Ch. Viswateja (Paediatric Intensivist), Dr. K. Varakishan (Neonatologist), Dr. Subrahmanyam (Cardiac Anaesthetist) treated the child at Hospital. Parents of the child was very happy at the time of Discharge and expressed their gratitude towards doctors and Andhra Hospitals Management. Mr. B.
